SOUTH AFRICAN JOURNAL OF MARINE SCIENCE COMES OUT TOPS

The South African Journal of Marine Science has been ranked in the top 20 journals internationally in the category Marine and Freshwater Biology. Amongst South African Science Journals it was ranked the top journal, ahead of SA Medical Journal.

The ranking is done by comparing some 5,000 leading international scientific journals. The SANCOR community would like to congratulation Dr Stan Pillar and his team for their outstanding hard work, dedication and wonderful achievement.

The journal is undergoing changes in the coming year, when it will be transformed into a Southern African Journal and we have confidence in Dr Pillar and his team that the journal will continue to go from strength to strength and out perform all other journal
