Invitation to participate
On behalf of the Council of the South African Society of Atmospheric Sciences, the 2010 Conference Organising Committee takes pleasure in inviting you to participate in the SASAS annual conference. It will be held at Forever Resorts Gariep at Gariep Dam in the Free State from early evening on 20th September until 22nd September 2010.

The implicit theme caters for all aspects of atmospheric science but also physical oceanography and climatology.
Come present your latest research.
VENUE
The venue will be the most welcoming and tranquil Forever Resorts Gariep. Directions to the venue will be posted in a separate document.
PROGRAMME
The team from the UFS have compiled a programme with various activities. The conference programme will offer plenary sessions (addressed by reputable international and local keynote speakers), together with parallel theme presentations and poster sessions. We encourage you to arrive on 20 September and renew acquaintances at the welcome Braai, as sessions will start early on Tuesday morning.

LANGUAGE
English is the official language of the conference. (Papers in SA official languages will be accepted together with an English translation).
